CoD Policy:

• Pre-payment: Advance payment of the base product cost is required for all Cash on Delivery (CoD) orders.
• Settlement: Margin payouts are processed subject to the courier partner's remittance timeline, generally within 10 days of successful delivery.
• Returns/RTO: In cases of non-delivery due to customer rejection (RTO), a penalty equivalent to two-way shipping charges will be deducted from the advance payment before the refund is processed.
