No Use By Minors

Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of KJF Mart and its licensors. Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of and foreign countries. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of KJF Mart.
Copyright Policy
- We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that Content posted on Service infringes on the copyright or other intellectual property rights (“Infringement”) of any person or entity.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding Service.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.

Waiver And Severability
- No waiver by Company of any term or condition set forth in Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Company to assert a right or provision under Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
- If any provision of Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of Terms will continue in full force and effect.

If incorrect GST or any other Legal details are provided by the customer, the company will not be held responsible for any discrepancies in accounting data resulting from the same. KYC Policy
KJF Mart is committed to ensuring a secure and transparent platform for all Dropshippers. To comply with legal and financial regulations, every Dropshipper must complete the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process by providing accurate and valid information. This policy outlines the mandatory KYC requirements and the responsibilities of Dropshippers in furnishing correct details.
Mandatory KYC Information
Each Dropshipper is required to provide the following information accurately during the KYC verification process:
- Bank Account Number
- Account Holder Name (As per the bank records)
Responsibility of Dropshippers
- The Dropshipper is solely responsible for ensuring that the details provided during the KYC process are accurate and up to date.
- Any incorrect, false, or misleading information submitted by the Dropshipper may result in delays, non-payment, or account suspension.
- The Company will not be responsible for any financial loss, failed transactions, or legal consequences arising due to incorrect or fraudulent details provided by the Dropshipper.
GST & PAN Verification
- All clients are solely responsible for ensuring that the GST and PAN details on the client's profile are accurate and valid. While we provide an option to enter and update such information, it is the client’s duty to add & verify the correctness of these details.
- It will be the dropshipper's responsibility to verify GST details added in their profile for correct GST filing, we will not be liable for any type of wrong GST filing if the details available in the dropshipper profile are wrong.
Verification & Compliance
KJF Mart reserves the right to verify the provided details through authorized third-party services or regulatory bodies.
Updates & Revisions
Dropshippers are required to update their KYC details promptly in case of any changes.
Acceptance of Terms
By using the KJF Mart as a Dropshipper, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the KYC Policy outlined above. Non-compliance may result in restrictions on your account and services.
Grievance Redressal Policy
At KJF Mart, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. However, if you are unsatisfied with our services or have any grievances regarding our products, payments, or services, we are here to assist you.
How to Raise a Grievance?
If you encounter any issues or have any concerns, please follow the steps below to ensure your grievance is addressed promptly:

In case the issue is not resolved satisfactorily through our customer support channels, you can escalate the matter to our Grievance Officer. Our Grievance Officer is committed to addressing and resolving all customer concerns promptly.
Dropshipper Commission & Payment Policy
1. Commission & Payment Models
Option A – Commission Deducted Upfront:
- The dropshipper collects full payment from the customer.
- Their commission is deducted, and the remaining product purchase amount is sent to KJF Mart before order processing starts.
- No returns, replacements, or refunds will be provided to the dropshipper or the customer in this payment model.
Option B – Commission Paid After Delivery:
- The dropshipper sends the complete dropshipping amount (full customer payment) to KJF Mart before order dispatch.
- Commission is credited to the dropshipper after 48 hours of the delivery being marked successful.
- In accordance with our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy, any claims are accepted only within 48 hours after delivery. Beyond this period, no returns, replacements, or refunds will be accepted.
2. Delivery & Commission Timeline
- KJF Mart will ship orders promptly after receiving required payments and order details.
- For Option B transactions, commissions will be calculated based on mutually agreed rates and transferred to the dropshipper’s registered bank account after 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
3. Bank Details Requirement
- Dropshippers must provide accurate and up-to-date bank account information to receive commission payments.
- KJF Mart is not liable for delays or failed payments caused by incorrect bank information.
4. COD Order Handling
- For COD sales initiated by dropshippers, KJF Mart will remit commissions only after receiving payment from the courier partner.
- Courier partners generally remit COD amounts within 10 days after order delivery. Once the amount is received by KJF Mart, it will be processed for commission payment within 48 hours.
- Additionally, if we observe that a dropshipper's volume of returned COD orders exceeds their successfully delivered orders, we will no longer accept future COD orders from that dropshipper.
5. No Returns, Replacements, or Refunds
- In Option A (Commission Deducted Upfront), no post-delivery customer claim will be accepted.
- In Option B, post-delivery claims are subject to the existing 48-hour window after delivery, as per our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy.
6. Agreement
By partnering with KJF Mart as a dropshipper under this model, you agree to follow the commission timelines, payment procedures, and claim policies outlined above.

Return & Refund Policy
At KJF Mart, we are committed to providing high-quality products through our dropshipping platform. We understand that issues may arise with products, and we strive to ensure a smooth and fair return and refund process for both our dropshipping partners and their end customers. Please carefully review the refund and return policy below.
Returns and Refunds for End Customers
- We want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. Our return and refund process is designed to handle specific situations.
Return Request Period
- 48-Hour Notification: To ensure we can properly assess any issues with the product, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product. Requests submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival, the customer must provide an unboxing video showing the damage. This video is required to assess the situation and determine the appropriate action. The complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Missing Items: If any items are missing from the order, an unboxing video must be provided showing the contents of the package clearly. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can investigate the situation and, if confirmed, we will issue a refund for the missing item(s) after our investigation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be processed for eligible returns based on the following criteria:
- Damaged or Defective Products: Upon confirmation of the damage or defect through the unboxing video, a full or partial refund will be processed based on our approval. No return or refund can be processed for defective electronics items.
- Missing Items: If we are unable to fulfill the missing item(s), we will issue a refund for the missing items.
Return Shipping
- Customer’s Responsibility: The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.
Rejection/Denial of Parcel
- If the customer rejects or denies acceptance of a parcel after it has been dispatched, the following deductions will apply:
- Shipping Charge: 2 times the original shipping charge will be deducted (this includes both forward and reverse shipping costs).
- These deductions will be made before issuing any refunds.
Refund Process
- Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you (the dropshipping partner) about the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and applied to the original method of payment within 7 days of approval.
- Note: The refund will be issued only if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with the original packaging.
Refunds and Returns for Dropshipping Partners
- As a dropshipping partner, you are responsible for handling any customer inquiries, returns, and refunds. However, we will assist you in resolving any product-related issues that arise due to manufacturing or shipping errors.
Defective or Damaged Products
- If a product is defective or damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After we confirm the defect or damage, we will:
- Replace the product at no additional charge, or
- Issue a full refund for the product.
Incorrect Items
- If an order is shipped incorrectly due to our error, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Offer a full refund.
Missing Items
- If any items are missing from the order, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. If confirmed, we will issue a refund for the missing items.
Quality Assurance
- We perform strict quality control before shipment. If there are any issues post-shipment (e.g., defect, damage), please provide us with the required clear unboxing video and supporting documentation. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- Products marked as non-returnable in the product description.
- Electronic Products.
How to Process a Return/Refund
For Dropshipping Partners:
- When an end customer requests a return or refund due to a defect, damage, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Submit the unboxing video and any relevant supporting documentation for us to assess the return request.
- Once the return is approved, follow the return process and ensure that the customer is informed. The customer will have to ship the item back to us, and after receiving the product, we will issue the refund or replacement, whichever is communicated earlier during the confirmation.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances, regardless of the reason for the return. This includes both the initial shipping fees and any costs incurred for returning the product. The dropshipper will be responsible for covering the return shipping fees. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of the product.
Product Description & Pricing Policy
At KJF Mart, we take pride in offering our products in a variety of colors to match your preferences. Due to the nature of our sourcing and inventory process, most items are available in multiple color options. Orders are fulfilled based on stock availability at the time of dispatch, and the specific color cannot be guaranteed or pre-selected when placing or confirming your order. Product images displayed online represent a limited range of available colors for reference purposes only.
We ensure efficient processing and prompt delivery by dispatching your order according to the color currently available in stock. Rest assured, every color option we provide maintains the same quality and specifications as shown.
Pricing Policy for Dropshippers
- Product Price: Catalog price + 25%
- GST: 18% (applicable on the total order value)
- Cash on Delivery (CoD) Charge: ₹29 per order
These additional charges are applied transparently at checkout and are subject to change in accordance with applicable tax and pricing regulations.
Order Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellations After Order Confirmation: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. We process all orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery, and therefore, cancellations are not permitted.
- No Modifications Allowed: Once the order is confirmed, no changes or modifications (such as product additions, changes in address, or updates to the order) are allowed. Please ensure all details are accurate before confirming your order.
- Exceptions: In rare circumstances, such as if the item is out of stock, a pricing error occurs or the Pincode provided for delivery is not serviceable, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to you.
Shipping Policy
THIS SHIPPING POLICY IS ONLY FOR INDIA ORDERS.
Processing time:
- 100% of orders are shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
Standard Shipping:
- Delivery: 7-10 business days after dispatch (except for a few pincodes where the delivery time given by the courier company can be up to 15 business days).

- Once your order has been shipped, we will provide the tracking details. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive the details.
Delivery Costs:
- Delivery charges depend on your delivery location and the weight of your order. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products. Our standard shipping charges are as follows:
- 0 to 0.5 kg – ₹49
- 0.5 kg to 1 kg – ₹79
- 1 to 2 kg – ₹99
- 2 to 3 kg – ₹119
- 3 to 4 kg – ₹139
- 4 to 5 kg – ₹159
- 5 to 10 kg – ₹199
Packing Cost:
- Default charge - ₹10 per product

Failed Delivery:
- If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver), or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
Our Carriers:
- We use DTDC, Blue Dart, and Ecom Express for deliveries, which can be changed depending upon the serviceable pincodes from the courier partners.
Upon Receipt of Your Order:
- You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged,” then contact us on the day of delivery.
Bank Holidays:
- We do not deliver on a Bank Holiday, so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
Shipping Delays and Transit Issues Policy:
- We are committed to delivering your orders in a timely manner. However, there are instances where shipments may experience delays or be temporarily stuck in transit. Factors such as weather conditions, customs processing, and other circumstances beyond our control can cause such delays.
- In the event that your shipment is delayed or remains in transit for longer than expected, please be aware that it may take up to 45 days for the courier service to resolve the issue and complete the delivery. During this time, the courier company is responsible for managing any transit-related problems, including delays or lost shipments.
- Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company once the package leaves our facility. As such, any issues that arise after dispatch, including shipping delays, are beyond our direct control.
- We kindly ask for your patience and understanding during this period. We are doing everything possible to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, but we encourage you to monitor the tracking information provided for updates on your shipment’s status.
